Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Estimated Delivery Times
UAE: 2–4 business days
KSA: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over 199 SAR within UAE and KSA.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier's website. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at opremiummart@gmail.com.

Delays & Issues
OPremiumMart is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
