Return & Refund Policy

At OPremiumMart, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy — if 30 days have passed since you received your item, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at opremiummart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Return Address
Our returns team will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved via email.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at opremiummart@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened personal care or beauty products, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at opremiummart@gmail.com.
